This Privacy Policy explains how Health Fast LLC ("HealthFast," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the HealthFast mobile app and website (the "Service"). HealthFast provides informational guidance only and is not a medical provider.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, date of birth, location (city/state/country), and sign-in credentials.
- Health information you provide — symptoms you describe (typed, spoken, or photographed), allergies, pre-existing conditions, sex, weight, and any children you add (first name, age, sex).
- Usage information — analyses you run, your history, settings, and basic diagnostic/app-performance data.
- Approximate location — when you use "Nearby care," to find facilities near you. Used at that moment; not continuously tracked.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service and generate your symptom analyses.
- To personalize guidance using your profile and (when you reference them) your listed children.
- To maintain your history and improve reliability and safety.
- To process subscriptions and prevent abuse.
AI processing
Your symptom text and images are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate guidance. This processing happens to deliver the Service. Voice input is transcribed on your device — audio is not sent to us. We do not sell your personal information, and your inputs are not used to train third-party models.
Service providers we share with
We share data only as needed with providers that operate the Service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Anthropic (AI analysis), RevenueCat and the app stores (subscriptions), and Google (maps/nearby places). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete any analysis, clear your history, or delete your entire account and data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes your profile, analyses, and stored images. You can also email support@healthfast.app to request deletion.
Security & limited internal access
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security) to protect your data. Our administrative tools are designed on a least-privilege basis: staff manage accounts, billing, and usage only — we do not surface the content of your symptom descriptions, analyses, or photos to staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
HealthFast is intended for adults. Children do not create their own accounts; a parent or guardian may add a child (under 14) to their own account so guidance can be age-appropriate. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these, use the in-app controls or contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
