These Terms govern your use of HealthFast, provided by Health Fast LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not medical advice
HealthFast provides informational guidance only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using HealthFast does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in the app.
2. Emergencies
HealthFast is not for emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. A parent/guardian may add a child (under 14) to their account; you represent that you have the authority to do so.
4. Subscriptions & billing
HealthFast offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Free-trial and pricing details are shown at purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for yourself and your listed dependents.
- Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the guidance is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Fast LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
