Is HealthFast a replacement for seeing a doctor?
No. HealthFast gives informational guidance to help you understand your symptoms and decide your next step. It does not diagnose and is not a substitute for professional care. In an emergency, call 911.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app → Profile → Settings & privacy → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, analyses, and saved images. You can also email us to request deletion.
Can I get guidance for my child?
Yes — add your child (ages 0–13) under Profile → Children, then mention them by name when describing symptoms. Guidance is tailored to their age. At 14, they'll need their own account.
Is my data private?
Voice is transcribed on your device. We don't sell your data, and you control what's saved. See our Privacy Policy for details.
